Ground Floor 1 bedroom 1 bath condo in a direct Oceanfront Complex. This cheery unit is located pool side with a gated balcony or enjoy the sunrise & sunset from your back patio. The unit offers a kitchen stocked with for basic meal preparation and serving. The 1 bedroom with king bed and ensuite shower, living offers a sofa bed for those extra guests. Complex has a heated pool & kiddie pool with ample chairs and umbrellas. Clean, quiet and comfortable. With direct access to the pool and just steps from the ocean, vacationing will be a breeze. Walking distance to some of New Smyrna Beach's great restaurants & unique shops and just a block away from the 27th ave park.
Coastal cottage 111 can be booked together with this unit as a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Units are currently separated but easily adjoined with a door
Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.
PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Our stay was great, we were right on the beach, and we had everything we needed for a weekend get away. The host was very responsive and made our stay easy. I would definitely rent from these guys again!

This is a tiny place, but, it is perfect because it has a nice pool area and it is directly on the beach. Enjoy!
The place was easy to find and right by the pool. The beach access was just steps away. This place is within a 10 minute drive of anything you would need for your stay(publix, starbucks, flagler ave. , etc.)

Condo was as advertised! Although not clean when I arrived, it had been skipped on the cleaning list but was rectified immediately and cleaning fee was reimburse! Didn't spend much time there as I was out on the beach with friends most of the day. The condo was quite and not roudy croud at all. Over all was a good place to stay. Only real issue sometimes was parking.
The place was as described. The parking is a bit challenging but overall great place to stay right on the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thank you.
We stayed at coastal waters, a pool side room, and it was a great weekend. The room needed a bit of improving with the cleaning but i made note of it to owner as it may have been things not noticed before and I’m sure that will be fixed. I do recommend this stay.
The condo was great, it was a very short walk to the beach and was clean. The only thing that we found lacking was the amount of kitchen utensils, as we had to buy some in order to make dinner while we were there. Other than that, it was definitely worth the price and it was great for our weekend getaway.

Great location right on the beach. The room is location in front of the pool, which is great especially if you have kids that love being in the pool. Only two pool towels so if you have more guest bring your own towels. All In all good deal.
We loved the location. The room was perfect for the price and a weekend get away for my husband and self. Loved the little Walk up restaurant across the street, and the convenient store. Had to park across the street one night, Which we were told in advance about parking. It was fine.
People were friendly. One lady apologized who was there with grandkids, she said I hope we weren't too loud,We said ma'am we didn't even know anyone was next door. Definitely worth the price, the location for a week or weekend get away. You have to walk outside to see the ocean,Yet it is right there,I mean the first night we could hear the waves ,tide was in. The next day was Absolutely gorgeous. People parked on the beach. It was super nice to me. If you laid back .First time in New Smyrna and Daytona is so close. We felt like it was our place for the weekend. Thank you for a Peaceful stay.

Went for a last minute spring break trip and hotels were outrageous. Airbnb to the rescue and this unit in Coastal Waters was perfect for my two young girls and I! Warm pool, kiddie pool, and the beach just feet from our front door. The easy check in was fantastic, and we truly had a wonderful stay!

The location doesn’t get better. Easy access to beach, to the pool and very kid friendly.
This unit was just as advertised. We were able to be on the beach in just seconds. Perfectly sized for 2 or a small family.

The condo is pretty small but has great value for being on the beach. Furniture was updated and pleasant. The pool is right outside of the the front door and is a nice size. There is a
7-11 and a taco/ ice cream shop across the street which was super convenient. The condo parking lot was full, we had to park in the public area which was right next to the condo, it was crowded but we did find a spot.
The communication with the host was good and we were provided with all the necessary info.
We had a great stay and will stay again in the future.
