When you're not basking on the shore line, you'll find that the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct beach access.

Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.
PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

The beds were very uncomfortable! We could not open the sliding glass door to the balcony because it was stuck. The shower did not drain properly and it made a horrible sound when we turned it on and it lasted for a long time. The water also never warmed up. Last but not least, the ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work and it felt very muggy in the room even after the ac running while we were gone for hours.

The location is great, the pool was nice and overall the place was fine. I would say there were things that could be improved upon, ex: one of the front window locks was broken off, the back sliding door was VERY difficult to lock/took us some time to even locate a lock on the door & there were no instructions on how to lock it in the manual, the AC unit in the bedroom was extremely loud at times to the point where we had to use ear plugs to fall asleep, feels like a lot of junk was randomly left in the drawers and wasn't cleaned out.

Great location and beach access. There is a small view of the beach from the balcony and a view of the pool out front. It’s a small walk and stairs if your bringing groceries or luggage but not terrible(no carts). It’s a comfortable room with enough space to stretch out and enjoy a meal together before walking down to the beach. And for the coffee people, it’s a coffee pot!

Our stay was absolutely AMAZING!! This is my first airbnb transaction and By The Sea was great with keeping things simple and easy and communication was immediate. I text with questions and immediately got answers - Thanks you guys! We went and stayed for our 1st Annual girls trip and it was by far the best weekend. The condo was perfect and met our needs that we needed for a long weekend. Super clean, beautiful and easy access to the beach and pool amenities. Only thing I would suggest is some wd40 on the sliding glass door b/c it had a hard time sliding (only from being by the ocean). We are already planning a trip back and will be staying there again and again!!!!!! Thank you By The Sea for making our girls trip EPIC!!!
