Welcome to this nicely decorated boutique condo located at Coastal Waters which offers a 1 bedroom 1 bath with full kitchen. Relax on your private ocean view balcony and enjoy spectacular sunrises, or watch the surfers catch, while you enjoy an afternoon cocktail. This Condo Cottage is perfect for a quiet beach getaway or family vacation! Offering a 1 bedroom with two queen beds. In addition, this cottage offers a full size stocked kitchen for basic meal preparation and serving and a dining area so you can enjoy some "homemade dinner" in your home away from home.
Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.
PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Literally steps from the beach. The shared areas - pool, lawn, and gas grills - were updated and pristine. This is one of the few units that has an ocean view from the balcony. Although everything was functional, the building itself showed its age - particularly the kitchen area, which has not been updated. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable and I thought the unit was a good value.

By The Sea’s place was a great experience for us. The host was responsive. The views of the beach from the balcony were great. The unit itself was clean and well equipped for our stay. The location was central and convenient. We will be back for sure.

The view from the balcony is really what we went for and that lived up to the hype. The beds are comfortable and the host was responsive - I got confused by some of the check in instructions and the host answered my call immediately and talked me through it. They also allowed me to check in early to get ready for an event that started close to check in time. I would say the whole unit could use an update and some love but it was a safe space with a great view of the beach!

Although the location was ideal, the entire apartment needs some TLC. From paint to the balcony door it just seems things are over looked. We were unable to enjoy being on the balcony due to it not opening all the way. The apartment itself was not dirty, but it was also not very clean either. The host should also update information about the inability to go onto the beach due to the hurricane. Luckily, I asked the status prior because I live in florida.. but if you were going to stay here, it should be noted that there is no “beach access”.

Our condo stay here was, unfortunately, not as advertised.
1) wrong unit provided-we walked in on another couple
2) missing light bulbs
3) cheap old towels
4) bedroom remote not functioning
5) open cans/ opened waters in fridge
6) AC leaking
7) holes in the blinds - look like something was eating them
8) lock to the sliding door so corroded that you cant get it to open
9) fans make a bunch of noise
10) failed to disclose that the beach access was gone
11) bathroom was dated and generally sub par
12) floors coming apart
13). Clock is not working
14) half of a roll of paper towels
15) stained pillows
16) A/C in living room was either hot or too cold, unable to maintain consistent temp

Location location location !! Directly across from the cutest little taco/ ice cream place but also close to all the local restaurants as well. Has a large clean pool and nice grassy area that leads do the ocean. The beach is beautiful as it always is in New Smyrna, also a few steps from the public access beach where there is a play ground.., in case you have little and need to break up your day. The property has two gas grills that can be used and also a laundry room if need be. The condo itself was spacious enough for our 4 person family to fit comfortably. While it definitely had some things that looked worn probably from the sea air, it was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!
Everyone that seems to be staying there was pleasant as well.
Parking was a little bit of an issue but there is parking across the street that can be used as well which solved the issue.

The location was great and the bedroom was comfortable, however this was not a 5-star accommodation as the listing states. The kitchen was minimally stocked (only 3 forks and 3 plates, no baking sheet among other things). The pans were worn out and dirty, the stove was rusted, dirty and very small. Also, and the freezer was not cleaned out. The building itself is rusty and run down and the water had no filter so it was very smelly, and bad tasting. Also, the remote control for the bedroom tv was the wrong one, so it did not work. If you are a family of 4 planning to use the kitchen facility in particular, I do not recommend this place unless some serious renovations occur.

My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend, and it was such a great time! We loved the little community that Coastal Waters offered, and everyone we passed by - even other guests - were so hospitable. You really cannot beat the location, no matter what room you’re staying in. Such a short walk to the beach, and even the parking was fantastic! We only had two minor complaints which were - no fan in the bathroom, and the pool was a little too warm so it wasn’t as refreshing. But we still got by and were very happy with our stay, and I’ve already told our other friends about this cute little place! Thanks again!

The furniture in the living room is small and the shower head is low but if you are ok with a crash-pad close to the beach, this gets it done. 7/11 and an Ice Cream Place is across the street and our family truly enjoyed time here.

This getaway is quite, great location, and a smaller condo building which I enjoyed. It offered many amenities by the pool and was very clean. I enjoyed my stay very much as being so close to the downtown Flagler area of New Symrna Beach. I was surrounded by lots of great restaurants... too many to choose from. Perfect little unit for my trip. The location is amazing and listening to the waves crashing even with the windows closed (that’s how close you are to the beach) is so relaxing. The keyless entry is so nice and convenient. The beds - very comfy and the place was clean. Very old kitchen and appliances but had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!
