It was mine and my husband’s first time on Airbnb and it was amazing. The host was very communicative and I had no issues or complaints about this condo. I will definitely come back and maybe even for more days.

Great spot right on the beach, close to restaurants and 7-11. Loved the pool area with a kid pool as well! Will def come back again and again

The location was amazing. Luckily because nothing about the condo fit for being in New Smyrna. The last guests belongings were still in the room, dirty towels were hanging on the back of the door, closet was a disaster, I had to dig through to sort what was in there. The floors had foot prints so they were not cleaned. The shower curtain and shower had mold deposits all over them. The pillows were dirty. This condo hasn’t been properly maintained in some time it appears. There is also not ample parking for the building, along with a less than understanding set of numbers for different doors that you needed to use to access each thing. Once we figured out which number went to which door that wasn’t as bad. Instructions need to be clearer. The tv cord in the bedroom doesn’t reach the wall no matter how far you pull the tv out so don’t expect to watch tv in the bedroom. If you’re going for location only, this is your place.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and well supplied. The location is perfect. The host is helpful and responds quickly. This is our third stay here and we have come to consider this our own vacation home!

This was our second stay. We had a wonderful time! The location is great at a fairly quiet end of the beach. The condo has an updated kitchen. The bed was comfy. There were plenty of supplies. The best part is the balcony overlooking the beach. It’s a great spot to sit with morning coffee and watch the sunrise over the ocean. We love it and are looking forward to next year!

Amazing location and value. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed. I would strongly suggest staying here to anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

Great communication with host. A/C works good. Comfortable bed. The 2nd floor balcony is perfect for relaxing and listening to the ocean sunrise to sunset. I was concerned about parking but we came back late and parked just across in the overflow without issue. Yes, as other reviews stated it is an older building But the perfect spot and natural beauty outweighs it all.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our anniversary! Great location. Right across the street is a great taco and ice cream shop. Beautiful sunrises every morning from your window! We will definitely be coming back!

10/10, top marks. Lovely spot for a small family vacation. TVs in both rooms, don't know why you'd use them, however, as the back patio overlooked the beach, swimming pool on premises. Only had 1 question for the host, and we got an immediate response. Came into town for a concert festival in Daytona, and spot did not disappoint.

We had a lovely stay here! The condo has a perfect location. Everything was very clean. We felt we had plenty of supplies and the place is well stocked. We are planning to return.

We wish we could buy this condo so we can call it our own, because my husband & I LOVED it.
I did prepare & read previous reviews - there is no dishwasher so we decided to bring paper products to use instead.

The highlights:
- The view: you have the full balcony, the lighting in the living room from all the windows is unreal.
- The bed: we're not super picky, I noticed some had something to say about it but we slept very, very comfortably
- Location: within 10 minutes of Flagler Avenue and most other local hot spots, a 2 minute walk from Chase's on the Beach
- Kitchen: has most things you would need (utensils, cooking ware, etc.). Coffee maker could use a facelift but that's just an excuse to visit the local coffee shops
- Before arriving, we got an email that contained every detail we needed to know that made the arrival smooth. The rest was in the booklet in the living room (checkout instructions).

Bring with you:
- Beach towels
- Beach chairs and umbrellas, if you need them
- Cooking oil
- Extra paper towels (comes with 1 roll)
- Extra TP (comes with 2 rolls)

Don't expect a 5-star hotel with everything under the sun, prepare to have a better stay. We will 100% be back in the near future.

Great location and fabulous waterfront view. Charming and a little funky, but a deal for beachfront stay. Functional little kitchen. Walking distance to SoNapa Grille - delicious food and friendly bar. Had a wonderful weekend getaway.

This condo is amazing if you want a stay Ocean Front. It has amazing views and great area in New Smyrna beach. Local establishments close by just beautiful. Perfect for a couple's getaway.

It was a fantastic view and a wonderful evening away. Staying up late listening to the waves and getting up early to watch the sunrise was amazing. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place looks just like the pictures. Beautiful old very well kept building with lots of charm. The modern kitchen and bathroom are a huge plus.
I love taking morning walks and this neighborhood was perfect for that. You can see the beautiful sunrise along the river along with a lot of impressive homes and landscapes.
Very close drive to anything in St Augustine. Close walk to everything too when weather is right. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

We took this weekend to celebrate my husband being cancer free and completing his chemotherapy. Several of our friends rented condos in Coastal Waters also. It was a great experience all around. Our condo was perfect for us - clean, easily accessible, amazing view and family friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you 🙂 The Langan Family

Home was very clean and the view from the balcony is priceless. The ease of getting back and forth to the beach was awesome. Keep in mind that it’s an older building but still very nice.

I read all the reviews prior to booking, so I felt fairly well informed. This place is a gem and in the perfect location. The best room in the condo in my opinion because it has a lovely patio and the views are to die for!! The condo could use some updating, but I thought it was priced well for what you get.

We brought extra towels (beach towels), TP and trash bags because of what we read from the other reviews. There was an extra trash bag and extra roll of TP provided, though.

The room was well cleaned (& that’s saying a lot because I’m picky because I clean vacation homes myself LOL). More pillow cases and a few extra blankets and towels would have been nice.

We recommend eating at Manny’s across the street. The pasta and wings were great! We also enjoyed Cafe Heavenly for lunch the next day. The pizza was amazing & staff is extremely friendly.

I’d suggest bringing beachy items, as the provided ones are pretty beat up and not very usable. But again, we planned ahead after reading other reviews- so we were prepared.

Overall, our stay was amazing, the pool was clean, and we had a great time! I felt the value was great and I thoroughly enjoyed sleeping with the window open and listening to the waves crash all night 🙂

Patio is amazing and the view is spectacular. Place was very clean, pool is nice and quiet. Easy access to the beach. Great vacation spot!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Looks just like the pictures, clean and very comfortable. Perfect view of the ocean, you couldn’t be any closer. The pool was very nice too! If you’re looking for a nice stay on the beach this is the perfect location for your trip. I would definitely book again.
