Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

This vacation rental in NSB is located right smack in the middle of everything!!! Steps from the park, beach ,restaurants, shopping and nightlife! My only complaint is ,it only has one restroom. And, the air conditioning can not be controlled. The temperature is set remotely. The owner is very courteous and helpful. As I understand we were the last to be able to have this rental for a week…. So unfortunate, but shouldn’t have any problems renting monthly. Location is everything!!!
