Conveniently located just one block away from the beach and just minutes to Flagler Ave for dining and shopping.
Private guest suite with separate entrance, space includes a common area fenced in grass yard with access to the river - for kayaking, paddleboarding or fishing! Situated on the lower level of the main home, the two dwellings is sound boarded, and there are no air vents connecting the two dwellings, so you can enjoy your own privacy!

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
