The studio is located on the 2nd floor and the entrance is conveniently located at the front of the complex. Studio can be rented as is or combine it with unit (205) next door and open up the space to a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that can sleep up to 6! - ask host for details. Located in the newly converted Coastal Waters condominium that has some great onside amenities such as a heated pool, gas BBQ's grills, outdoor lounge chairs and direct beach access. Centrally located, next to 27th ave park, and within walking distance to many great restaurants such as Izzy's Tacos, SoNapa Grille and Chases on the Beach!

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass.
PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

The room looked as pictured, similar to your typical hotel room stay, and there was easy access to the beach. The door/door handle needs some reinforcement which made me nervous. The unit on the ground floor (not directly beneath) did not follow quiet hours and we’re on the lawn out front until at least midnight and it proved that the room lacked sound proofing (as stated in another review). For the price last minute on Memorial Day weekend it was worth it for the location to the beach.
Room was clean and as described, but bedspreads need to be replaced as they had some stains. Was pleasantly surprised that beds were actually double beds…description called them singles which led me to believe they’d be twin beds. Parking pass was missing at check-in. Texted and then called an hour later. Was told I’d get a pass the next day. Never got a parking pass or feedback from property owner as to status. Overall was a reasonably priced option that was similar in size to a hotel room. Nice location on the beach.
Great pool. Amazing taco place across the street. Very simple room, no real kitchen, had a microwave and a small coffee maker.
Exactly as described. It was perfect for our mini vacation. My only gripe is the door handles was barely hanging on. Made me nervous anyone could just come in.
We were in new Smyrna Beach for the weekend looking for property and decided to stay for the night. We chose to stay at the By the Sea property. We walked the beach and had a great dinner at the treehouse, restaurant right down the road. We had a great stay.

Very clean and nice place! A little small but it was exactly as expected. The price was reasonable and location was great. Communication from the host was great and there were very clear and concise instructions/rules. The only couple things I didn’t like were the comfortability of the beds and the doors seemed to let a lot of outside noise in.

Unit was perfect for a hotel like stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was new and nice. I would stay here again!
The property was in the perfect location for us! Check-in was a breeze. We had everything we needed supplied in the room. Upon check-in, there was some sand on the floor which is to be expected as the location is right on the beach + sand being a pain to clean up. We would stay at this property again for sure!!
