Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

We loved this place! The host was responsive, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect. The condo had everything we needed (including 2 beach chairs!) and plenty of space for four people. It was clean, bright, and the balcony is huge and has amazing beach views. The building is undergoing renovations, so one pool was closed, but the other one was just next to it and not overcrowded. I will stay here again, highly recommend!

Loved our stay! View was amazing, location is great and walkable to a bunch of shops and restaurants. Pool was clean and well kept and the airbnb was spotless and felt up to date. There was construction going on at the time of our stay in the hallways but it did not disturb or stay and was not loud. Only thing we wish the unit had was a washing machine but there are communal coin ones downstairs. Beach and pool access was super close to our unit. Would 100% book again

It’s a cute one bedroom condo. Everything is brand new from a previous renovation. Had everything we needed for a two night stay. It’s right on the beach with a nice pool and very close to Flagler Ave. We did bring our golf cart. However, Flagler is probably only a five minute or less walk. Great little spot. Would definitely recommend!
