This ground floor end unit is located poolside and offers 2 full size murphy beds, a well appointed kitchen, and full size bathroom. Fantastic location within walking distance to dining, shopping, grocery stores and directly across from the 27th Avenue park. Outstanding amenities include pool, BBQ area, and shuffle board.
You are welcome to access our common area of the complex, but we ask that you respect other guests and homeowners..pool is open!
Located on 27th Avenue just across the street from the ocean and walking distance to many great restaurants, such as SoNapa, Izzys Tacos, Chases on the beach, and NSB's famous Manny's pizza!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

We stayed for 4 days. They were renovating the back side of the place during our stay which added a lot of daytime noise but most of the time, we were not there during the work hours so it didn't both us. Our balcony on the 2nd floor (and main access point due to the construction) had a very nice ocean view. The pool was clean and comfortable but we didn't really get to use it as we preferred the beach which is right across the street. There is a 24-hour 7-11 right next door if you need anything at any hour. My only complaint was that I was not informed where to get my parking pass, so I received a note on my car. Condo management was very responsive through AirBnB app to resolve that issue quickly. Overall - A positive experience.
