Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

We came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and had a wonderful time. Beautiful view of the ocean, great nearby restaurants (some even walkable) and the accommodations were very clean and well stocked! The hostess provided her cell number and was very quick to respond to text messages as well as flexible on check in time. We will be back!!

My fiancé and I came out to celebrate our engagement and we had an ocean view room at the condo. It did not disappoint! The inside decor is a cute beachy vibe and everything was very clean. There are lots of fun restaurants and activities to do around the area. By The Sea was responsive and a very helpful host. We will definitely be coming back again!

Room was very clean and updated. Building is older. No A/C in lobby or elevator. Room A/C will not cool below 77 during the day and 74 at night. Overall we loved the room and would stay again.

There were a lot of bugs outside the front door and balcony but luckily didn't get inside.
