We loved this beachside condo! View was amazing and everything was so close including an amazing restaurant across the street and a cool lunch and beach bar right next door.

Great place

Great location, beautiful views from the top floor which is the one we were on. Great restaurants within walking distance. It’s a smaller complex which kept the traffic of people and cars to a minimum. Everything was super clean and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be going back.

The Unit was very clean and the view was breathtaking. Conveniently located next to a lot of restaurants; pool wasn’t very big but it was ocean front and it was never really crowded so that was great. Short distance from other great restaurants and shops.
We were lucky to find this gem!

Place was great and as advertised, but the management company lacked details on the amenities and cited the reason was that they were not the owner. After this experience I will look for AirBNBs that are only owner hosted.

The place also had an archaic physical key and lockbox method, with an auto locking door. This method caused me to be locked out as soon as entering and before unpacking. The management company host had to come rescue me from an hour away.

The host also tried to cover their liability by saying they mentioned the door auto locked. No documentation supports this from the host. At least my rescuer was friendly.

Also, I don’t like enjoy taking out the trash in a 8 story condo building, even more so when I am paying a $100 cleaning fee.

This was my first airbnb experience after being a devoted hotel rewards member.

I will probably go back to hotels and not have to deal with the items mentioned above.

It was a nice 1/1 condo directly on the beach with beautiful views. We were attending a wedding reception at Chases’s and this location was perfect! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the beach.

The place was great and exactly as advertised! Perfect location right on the beach with perfect view!!! can hear the waves from the room. Very clean comfortable and cozy! Highly recommended and I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful top floor end unit closest to the beach with sea views from 3 angles. We could hear the ocean 24/7!

Everything was overall phenomenal about this stay. Excellent location, spectacular views, very clean and comfortable. Arrival was a breeze.
The only small problem was the mandatory parking permits were nowhere to be found upon arrival. Messages from the management company through AirBnB had the contact into section left blank. Messages sent through AirBnB went unanswered. Fortunately, the phone number listed on AirBnB for the host was answered right away. Within a few minutes she was able to help us get the necessary parking permits. I felt confident any issues would be resolved by this property manager.
There were also no condiments, etc. whatsoever. Normally a place will at least have salt and pepper, but they had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots pan, etc. so it was not a big deal. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

This place was fantastic overall and we didn't want to leave! The host Vanessa was very responsive and we felt well taken care of. Great condo, incredible view, and we will definitely be returning.

The second I walked into the condo, I instantly fell In love. I came here for a self care weekend for myself and it was everything I had hoped for. The views are absolutely breathtaking! The condo was very comfortable and homely. So many amazing restaurants across the street, so no need to go far for good food and drinks. Can’t wait to be back! This place was so incredibly special.

We came to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and had a wonderful time. Beautiful view of the ocean, great nearby restaurants (some even walkable) and the accommodations were very clean and well stocked! The hostess provided her cell number and was very quick to respond to text messages as well as flexible on check in time. We will be back!!

Beautiful views, quiet, great places to eat and drink. Would definitely go back.

My fiancé and I came out to celebrate our engagement and we had an ocean view room at the condo. It did not disappoint! The inside decor is a cute beachy vibe and everything was very clean. There are lots of fun restaurants and activities to do around the area. By The Sea was responsive and a very helpful host. We will definitely be coming back again!

Room was very clean and updated. Building is older. No A/C in lobby or elevator. Room A/C will not cool below 77 during the day and 74 at night. Overall we loved the room and would stay again.

Suite was clean and very functional. Great for a weekly stay.

There were a lot of bugs outside the front door and balcony but luckily didn't get inside.
