Additionally the unit has a 2nd bathroom for guests with tub/shower combo. Large laundry room has a brand new LG washer and dryer! Oceanwalk boasts a secluded yet convenient location in New Smyrna Beach. The complex has its own deeded beach access directly to the No Drive Beach, which is less than a 5 minute walk from the unit. Close to Canaveral National Sea Shore, shopping and restaurants. Building 14 is located right next to the beach access walkway - and next door to the clubhouse making it easily accessible!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

The condo was beautiful and love being able to walk to the beach and pools. There were A LOT of pool rules, so check into that if you are bringing little kids. Definitely cater to the owners and older crowd in the pool areas. A beautiful and very SPACIOUS room.
The spacious condo was great for our family of 6. One of the pools was right down stairs and the beach literally across the street is peaceful and private. The only thing we were surprised by was the very strict pool/hottub rules. Kids cannot play catch with a soft pool ball and they enforce a limit on how many people can be in the hottub while a condo manager walks around with a clipboard correcting anything they don’t see fit. Those were minor setbacks and the kids adjusted and went to swim at their other friends’ condos across the street so they could play. The female manager was very friendly but the male supervisor made me and my mom friend very uncomfortable constantly lurking around behind us while we watched our kids swim. The additional usage of beach chairs and a wagon for the beach was wonderful and made our beach time quite comfortable. The location is a quick 15 min drive to shops, restaurants and golf cart rentals.

What a wonderful stay. Needed some R&R with my teenage daughters over the Thanksgiving Break. The property was amazing. The host was responsive and accommodating with every request. This was one of the best AirBNB experiences I have had. The pictures are exactly what you get. And so much more.
We came down to stay for our youngest daughter’s wedding. This place was so quiet and just really convenient to lots of things. Lots of room in the condo, plenty of towels and kitchen is VERY well equipped. It may have been one of the most perfect places to stay for us. We are already talking about coming back down and staying. Less hustle and bustle than Daytona. We only live an hour and 45 minutes away, so we may have a new getaway location!!
I had the pleasure of staying at Ocean Walk property recently, and although the experience was not without its challenges, the service and support I received from Airbnb, especially from a team member named Vanessa, made all the difference.
Upon arrival at the first apartment, we encountered a significant issue with noise, which was quite disruptive. However, Vanessa was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout this ordeal. Her professionalism, empathy, and promptness in dealing with our concerns were truly commendable.

We had an amazing stay at this cute and spacious place. We were able to watch the SpaceX night launch from the beach access, that was only a few minutes walk away.
The pool was quiet and peaceful the next day and the amenities of the pool house were great. Clean bathrooms and showers.

Beautiful place, easy walk to the beach. Supplied beach cart, chairs and other beach supplies. Kitchen is fully stocked. Smart tvs in every room, which was a lifesaver to keep the little one occupied when we were rained off the beach. Peaceful patio with a view of the estuary and complex pond.

Very well appointed, clean, comfortable. It was decently close to the beach, perfect for a morning stroll on beach. If you plan on making a day of the beach, you will need to bring a wagon or cart. Because it’s far enough that multiple trips is burdensome. Well cared for community, great hosts.
Our family had an amazing time! We had plenty of room for the kids/teenagers and everything was very clean and accessible. We absolutely loved the area and the fact that it was not so packed and busy! We would definitely stay again.

Great place, very spacious and clean. Short walk to the beach. It is a stair case beach access which made it a little tricky with our beach wagons, but totally doable. Would book again.
Excellent host. Had a very small, minimal plumbing problem. Notified host at 9, they had plumber out by 4 (unheard of). Great community, very friendly. Will be staying here again!!!
We had an excellent stay! The condo was large, clean, and had everything we needed. The pool and beach access were very convenient, and the beach cart/umbrella were especially handy. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
