My mother really enjoyed celebrating her birthday together here. We had a great time. Can't beat the location.

We had the best stay and thoroughly please with our airbnb. Everything was nice and clean. And the bed was phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again!

This place really has the potential to be a great spot for a quick weekend getaway. I initially was going to dock at a star because the the floors were REALLY REALLY dirty when we checked in. I'm familiar with the area and I get it that this is an older Beach town, I wasn't expecting anything super upgraded or fancy. The pictures definitely match the description and the ad, but the floor was so gross I didn't feel comfortable walking on it until I went out and bought clean products to clean it myself. I experienced an issue during my stay as well, I was very upset about it and I will say that the property manager was extremely responsive in getting back to me about it.

We love staying at the historic "Coastal Waters" spot and have for many years now. I loved the space, however, the shower may need a looking into. Wasn't kid friendly. We stay here every year. The plus was the bunk beds, made my daughter feel right at home.

Our family was excited to spend a few days here and enjoy the beach. The room was smaller than expected and bathroom could have been cleaner. The pool area was nice and our kids had a great time swimming.

Overall the beach was beautiful and we had a lot of fun at the pool.

Absolutely the place to stay in NSB. The security gates around the pool and access to the beach is perfect for families with little kids. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The beds are so soft it was hard to even get up in the mornings. Love this place and I highly recommend it for anyone planning to visit NSB❤️❤️❤️

This is our second visit, the place is close to the beach and has a pool. Great for kids. Our only issue is we were provided with the wrong door code. But someone answered my call and addressed the issue right away. Important to note there was no cutlery or dishes. We had expected some because ther had been some the previous year. We bought 3 plates and a bowl and left them.. There is a dollar store nearby.

We enjoyed our stay and spent most of the trip in that pool! you can see the ocean from it. Our unit even had a beach umbrella in the closet. The a/c worked really well. and OMG that mattress on the king bed was so freaking comfy!

By the sea, was very smartly furnished. The king and bunk beds were perfect for us. Very cute and functional decor. Also had everything needed for the beach, towels, sand toys... It was the ideal location for accessing the beach and had everything we needed. The pool was right outside our little patio so we could sit and watch our son in the pool.

Just what we were looking for . Something nice and easy for us to come spend the night at the beach. We knew our time in the condo was not going to be much so it was fine for what we needed. pool and beach access were great.

great place to say and bed was comfortable only downside there wasn't extra toilet paper or trash bags that we could find but overall a nice stay and love the beach access. Definitely coming back with family and friends.

It's a great little seaside condo. Extremely safe as you need a key in and out. I loved that. There is a grass area I enjoyed to get away from the sand and still had a fabulous view. Exactly as in the pictures. Extremely quiet. It was a nice get away.

I knew going into it the place would be small and it was. We were only staying for one night so it did not bother us. The bed and pillows were wonderful. Not very often you go to a place and the bed is as comfortable as it was here. The place was very clean and looked to be well taken care of. It was perfect for our overnight needs and the kids really enjoyed the bunk beds.

The perfect place for a quick stay at the beach. Minutes from the ocean, pool, restaurants and more! The unit itself has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable.

Condo itself was comfortable and in a great location! Beach access was closed but got to enjoy the view of the beach just steps away. Staff & residents on property were very friendly helping us to get into building when we had trouble getting in. You could tell the workers on property work hard to keep property clean.

Great spot with easy beach access, large pool, and close to beach entrance if you want your car on the beach. Great space for a couple days with a comfy bed and on the first floor. Room was as advertised, easy check in and clean. Wish the space was a bit larger as it was tight in some spots for two adults to be moving around at once. We stayed for the week and would of liked a kitchen, but made it work. Also door from lobby and pool gate were annoying as they swung into each other while trying to bring in luggage/ coolers. Overall, would stay again for a night or two. Host also responded within an hour to any questions we had.

the place is as described. it is clean and cute. my kids and i loved it. it is awesome that the pool is right out your door and the ocean only steps away. The place os safe and secure with locks at all entry/exit points. i would definitely stay again. oh yea, the king bed was super comfy!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! Two grandchildren 5 and 7 loved the bunk beds. Being right on the beach, but the pool right outside our door was a major plus. Bed was extremely comfortable. Great communication with owner. Perfect spot for a beach vacation.

Nice comfortable place

Lovely place for a long weekend. The pool seemed to be heated, which was great because the temperature had dropped over the weekend. The beach park on 27th Ave was just a short walk for the kids and me.

This was exactly as described and perfect for a quick beach weekend getaway. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was limited but we did find a spot both nights we stayed there.

So happy to find this little gem! We stay in NSB often and this was a last minute getaway that worked out perfectly! We will definitely go back! Location was perfect. It was super clean, quaint, exactly as described, and the owner was very responsive! Looking for dates to book a longer stay!
