Located on the 1st floor, the master bedroom offers king size bed with ensuite bath and private access to the Patio, while the 2nd bedroom just off the dining room has two twin beds and a jack and jill bathroom that connects to the 3rd room which can be used as office space or has a pull out sofa bed for extra guests.
Seawoods is a beautifully maintained community features 3 pools(1 heated), shuffleboard, pickle ball, tennis court, gorgeous nature trails for biking or walking, a fitness center plus deeded access paths to the "no-drive" beach!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
