Seawoods is a beautifully maintained community features 3 pools(1 heated), shuffleboard, pickle ball, tennis court, gorgeous nature trails for biking or walking, a fitness center plus deeded access paths to the "no-drive" beach!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

The place was clean and tidy. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, fans, etc. We arrived with our groceries and luggage and everything else was here! This is not beachside. There is a short walk to the beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean & smelled so good upon entering! The living room opened up to a back porch which I enjoyed drinking my coffee in the am & listening to the birds sing:) The kitchen was spacious & well-equipped. The bedroom was large & bed was very comfy! I enjoyed the walking trails surrounding the complex! Walking to the beach was a little far but definitely worth the trip - I would definitely recommend this place & come again!

I enjoyed my brief stay at by the sea. I do wish. I had rented a car for my stay, though, as there were not many if any food, outlets, or stores within walking distance.
Very good location with an easy walk to the beach
This cute little apartment looks even bigger and nicer in person! We loved dinner on the screened in porch and the king sized bed. It’s so close to the beach too.
This place was everything it was portrayed to be and more! I enjoyed being
within walking distance of the beach, having a private balcony to sit on, being close to amenities, having the condo fully equipped with everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay, and having a responsive and gracious host. My expectations were exceeded in every way!

responsive host, easy check in, great location, nice pool, great area to take a shady walk. apartment itself was super cute, bed room separate from living room could help accommodate for separate sleeping areas, great couch, lovely linens and pillows, great big bed. quiet area. great stay all around. nice easy walk to the beach.
By The Sea was perfect in every way for our weekend getaway! Close to the beach, beautifully decorated, and very well-equipped. I can't think of anything that could be improved upon. I would definitely go back.
Apartment was super clean. Kitchen well supplied. Lots of linens, blankets, extra pillows, etc.. Appreciated all the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, etc.. Those made it worthwhile to spend some good time on the beach. Thanks so much for that.

As soon as we walked into the apartment it felt so homey. The kitchen was great. Loved that they have a Full size washer and dryer in the apartment. Everything was wonderful. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.
