Seawoods is a beautifully maintained community features 3 pools(1 heated), shuffleboard, pickle ball, tennis court, gorgeous nature trails for biking or walking, a fitness center plus deeded access paths to the "no-drive" beach!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Great place for a weekend getaway with the family, close walk to the beach, clean and cozy and no complaints. Would definitely come back! Would have loved more time to explore and take advantage of all the amenities. Thank you for a nice stay!

We had 3 couples stay for 3 nights. The couch bed in one bedroom was not very comfortable bring a mattress topper if you can. The master bedroom will be warmer than the rest of house. Everything else was perfect. We loved the big couch in living room. Having 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, we walked to the pool and the beach. Not a lot of people on beach where we had access. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
