Located on the first floor, the front patio overlooks the community pool & your private back patio offers partial ocean views with just steps to the water. The kitchen has all new appliances with a keurig coffee maker and all the cookware you need to make a homemade meal in your home away from home. When you're not basking on the shore line, you'll find that the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a new heated swimming pool, kiddie pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Situated in one of the best locations in NSB with Restaurants such as Chases, Izzy's Tacos & SoNapa All Right Out Your Front Door. The Pineapple Pad is a 1/1 condo that can accommodate up to 2 guests or 3 (we offer a crib for babies), need more space? NO PROBLEM! This unit can be enjoyed combined with unit 105, the adjoining door allows you to easily combine both units and can sleep up to 6!

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass.

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

It was smaller than I expected. I didn't like the ants but overall it was pretty good. I think you guys should include a description of what's provided. So I know better how to supply the kitchen.

This hidden gem was perfect for new years weekend. Perfect sunrise, restaurants were close, NSB is our home away from home and the Pineapple Pad delivered a cozy homey feeling.
The apartment was very clean and offered great access to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. It is within walking distance to several restaurants. This location was great for a weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our weekend stay celebrating our anniversary! easy to walk to a few restaurants! The condo felt safe and secure with a beach access key and codes to get into the condominium. The unit was clean and cozy for the two of us! We would love to stay at the Pineapple Place again.
Perfect if you want a little beach getaway! Clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again! (And yes, the bed is really comfy!)
Great little place on the beach in NSB!
We love going to New Smyrna, and this has become one of our favorite places to stay. Clean upon arrival, close to the beach, and super comfy. The bed is 10/10, and there are great people to talk to. Quick drive to The Garlic and The Breakers. Definitely already planning our next NSB stay here!
An amazing place for a weekend getaway!
Always a great stay! Suite was super clean! Check in was easy! Bed and pillows are so comfortable! We always meet great people when we stay here(this was our 5th year at this location)! We will be back next year!
We have been staying at this establishment for over 10 yrs now even before it was an airbnb. Even better since the remodels on some of the rooms. Great communication between the host. Always enjoy our rooms. Occasionally there are loud & obnoxious visitors that are outside their rooms after midnight - like this time. Otherwise it's very quiet & peaceful when we stay. Highly recommend and we will be back again.

Great little spot. Might not seem like much from the outside, but very cute on the inside. Nice to have private access to the beach and very close to some cool eateries. Extremely recommend “The Garlic.” 20-30 min from Daytona depending on which area you want to visit. This area is better for families or couples trying to relax rather than party. The bed was the most comfortable provided in any Airbnb or VRBO. Great sleep.
Unfortunately we were not able to complete our stay here due to a family emergency. The host was very attentive, nice and understanding. I would definitely rebook and stay here.l because of how kind and awesome the host was.
Great stay! Pool deck is nice and beach access is too easy, all were super convenient. The unit is a bit older/more run down that the photos appear, but nothing major. Perfect place to stay for access to the beach and the town.
Very cute stay. I rented this bnb for my parents as a weekend getaway and it was perfect for them. Nice and quiet, peaceful and relaxing. They said the bed was comfortable, and the bnb was very convenient to local area attractions. Only about 2 minutes from local grocery store.
One downside is the kitchen layout: the close proximity of everything. When cooking on the stove or using the oven, just the heat triggers the smoke detector since it is close by.

The Pineapple Pad was the perfect spot for a stay at the beach! Just enough space for me, my husband, and our infant. Beautifully decorated space, with convenience in mind for those traveling with a baby as a crib is provided in the room. Room is in the perfect spot, right next to the pool and we had no trouble with parking. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again!
This place was perfect for what we needed. It was very convenient to everything. It was just a short drive to Flagler ave. Steps to the beach. Pretty quiet atmosphere to enjoy ourselves. The pool was nice and well maintained. The unit was very nice and clean. Will stay again for sure

The place is super cute and felt clean.
The only thing I would say to someone booking is bring your own beach towels and an eye mask (the bedroom does not get totally dark). Also, if you need the crib - it’s a mini crib and you’ll need to bring sheets as the owners don’t supply.

Loved the location and amenities at this beachside condo. Vanessa is very easy to work with and has great communication. The pineapple unit is very comfortable and well appointed and there’s a 7/11 a short walk across the street for any forgotten necessities. The pool is beautiful with really comfy lounge chairs. If sand or driving on the beach isn’t your thing, there’s a well groomed lawn that over looks the beach. The walk ways and key lock gates make beach access super convenient. Would highly recommend to friends 🙂

Perfect place for a vacation! The condo was decorated really cute, very clean and the location was awesome! We were close to town and great restaurants. We felt save and secure during our 6 night stay. Awesome beach for our riding bikes. We needed a few extra towels during our 6 night stay…made a call and they were dropped off the next day! My husband and I would definitely stay again!
I enjoyed the location of this property. The walk on the beach up to town is refreshing. I will look to them in the future when I visit next!
