Payment Terms

A 25% initial deposit is required at the time of booking and may be paid using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in. If you choose to mail a check for your final payment, it must be received on or before the balance due date. If payment is not received by the due date, the credit card on file will be charged automatically for the remaining balance.

Once your reservation is paid in full, you will receive your check-in instructions via email. All properties utilize secure key code entry, and your access code, directions, and important arrival details will be included in that email.

Because this email contains essential information for your stay, please ensure you provide a valid email address at booking and adjust your spam settings to allow messages from D3ByTheSea@gmail.com.

The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Check-in: 4:00 PM – No early arrivals unless arranged in advance at the time of booking. If the property is available and an early check-in is requested, a $25 early check-in fee will apply. Please contact our office to arrange.

Check-out: 10:00 AM – No late departures unless arranged in advance at booking. Late departures requested after arrival will incur a charge of $25 per hour.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

• 50% refund if canceled 14–7 days before check-in.

• No refund if canceled within 7 days of check-in.

• If less than the full balance has been paid, the remaining balance is still due per this policy.

Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. While not mandatory, travel insurance provides coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as:

• Named storms (including tropical storms or hurricanes)

• Sickness, Injury or Death of Insured, a Family Member, a Travel Companion, a Business Partner or a Child Caregiver

• Insured’s Primary Residence or Destination Uninhabitable

Travel insurance costs 6.95% of your total invoice and offers valuable peace of mind should your trip need to be canceled.
