115 Coastal Cottage

The condo is very clean and also well appointed. It has recently been remodeled and all the furnishings and appliances are new. The location is perfect as you are not so close to Flagler that the noise will keep you up at night but it's only a five minute uber/car ride to get to the action. The condo it literally on the beach and has a great pool and two grills for those wanting to cook their own. There are plenty of great places to eat literally five minutes away. There is an ice cream and pizza place literally across the street. You can walk a few hundred yards down the beach to Chase's beach front bar and restaurant for a cocktail or snack without getting in a car. Last thing I will say is the owner communicates very well and is responsive. Do yourself a favor and come stay in this unit. Very good value.
