106 Coastal Waters

We truly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Our condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We especially loved how short the walk was to the beach, it was so convenient!

The pool and patio area were also clean and well maintained. While the building is older and was originally a motel converted into condos, we found its charm in being quaint, peaceful, and quiet. If you're looking for luxury, this may not be the place, but if you appreciate a relaxing, no-frills beach stay, it's perfect.

One thing we especially appreciated was the public beach parking lot right next door, which made it easy for our local family to join us for time on the beach.

We would definitely stay here again!

By the Sea was conveniently located to the main roads with lots of restaurants and bars. being on the beach was a plus. convenient was the key benefit of this location

This was the perfect for us, I'm disabled and I cant walk to far, so having the beach close was wonderful. I love beach, it my happy place. We spent each day just sitting on the beach just relaxing. The place was so clean and comfortable I felt like I was at home. We will definitely be back next year and if there was any questions or anything that I needed the host was very wonderful of answering back right away and helping me with what I needed.

We very much enjoyed our stay at D3 By the Sea. Pricilla was super friendly and helpful. Our place was just the right size for us… super comfy bed and cozy living room. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to New Smyrna Beach!

Place was good just pricy for over night but it was Bikeweek I would stay there again.

We went to Daytona for Biketober fest but we were really tired and wanted to rest before we rode back to Miami. I made the reservations and it was approved really fast. It was nice to rest up. The place was nice and location great.

Our stay was great only issue was if we got back too late there wasn’t any parking available. Host was very helpful and responded quickly.

We used to live in this area but loved this beachfront property and how easily we could walk from the door to the beach. Having the pool right at our doorstep was also a perk! The condo was nicely decorated, super clean, well-equipped, and the perfect size for us. Our host was very friendly and responsive and was willing to accommodate us - thank you so much for making our beach getaway even more especial!

The unit was just as advertised and we would certainly return to this location. It was very clean, the AC was cold, and it was the perfect space for a quick beach getaway. The property is maintained very nicely, including the common areas like the grill and the pool. Unrelated to the unit, the condo association only has about 10 adjacent and unassigned parking spots for what is probably about 40 to 50 units. They have additional parking across Atlantic Avenue (no crosswalk), and additional parking on a sandy side street, which many cars were getting stuck in the weekend I was there. If you're coming with lots of belongings, kids, etc., plan on dropping them off at the front door and then going to look for a spot. Overall, this was a very cool spot, just a few properties from the southernmost beach ramp which made for less traffic on the beach and a very peaceful day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we'll definitely be back!

The bed was very comfortable and clean slept well. The full kitchen was nice. The front door of unit right on poolside. The side parking lot isnt level with deep sand on first day got stuck but managed to get it out, front lot small. I really enjoyed the stay being able to down steps to beach very nice, besides for parking id come back very affordable.

We loved that it is a smaller complex with all the conveniences so close by. Being on the first floor with the pool outside our door, we often left our place unlocked. A pleasant surprise was having laundry facilities onsite. The beach is just steps away on the other side of the pool. We loved our whole experience there and would return.

Good location helpful host. Th only limitation was that the pool was only dawn to dusk.

Had one small issue with cub, locking the front door took me a while to figure out the electric lock outside of that. Everything was exactly what they said. Had a great time. We’ll stay here again.

Great stay at Coastal Waters #106. The place was clean, the host was friendly and communicated promptly and was flexible with check in. This was the second stay here in #106 within the month and once again it was a great experience. Being a local it makes it even easier to come back for mini vacations. Thanks again!
