Had a an amazing stay, would stay again!

This got to be the nastiest rental in New Smyrna Beach. They charging us $80 for cleaning and it becomes very clear from the moment you walk in that it is not clean. Stains on the living room carpet, dust build up on the fixtures and dried food on the cutlery. The suitcase stand is broken and they used the living room table as a TV stand, so no place to put your drink on. No toiletries or decent toilet paper. The liquid soap seemed watered down. The Ac filter has not been cleaned in month. Overall very disappointing and overpriced. They have a no smoking policy in or out, but we found a cigarette butt in the out side astray?! They also have a air freshening policy if they find signs of smoking on their property, $300. Now do we have to be concerned that the find that cigarette butt, that they missed for who knows how long and charge us $300. Very disappointing stay,

Needed a place to lay our heads between races at Daytona and this place was perfect. Wake up Cafe is great for breakfast and SoNapa Grille for evening relax. Clean beach and easy access

Stayed one night with my partner. Mostly, we just needed a place to sleep and got so much more. The unit was clean, the amenities were nice, and the bathroom was great.

Super clean and well kept. Loved the location. Everything went perfectly!

This is our 3rd time staying at Coastal waters, and so far this was the best room we’ve stayed in! There is just a partial view of ocean but it was just enough! Only wish there was a gate to exit from the balcony to head to beach but other than that it was perfect!

Nothing extravagant. Can walk to the beach. There is no elevator. Parking can be kind of tough. Was cleaned but not like extremely clean. There was still dirt and stuff on the floor.

This place is a nice quiet stay for a couple. Easy beach access, private balcony (can’t see the water) & swimming pools that aren’t crowded. No beach lounging chairs though & I was disappointed that the only mirror in the condo is in the bathroom. Ladies need a full body mirror especially when they are on vacay. There should be more than two handicapped parking spots because they were always taken. There is extra parking across the street or on the side in the sand. There are some good places to eat close by like Norwood’s Restaurant & Treehouse Bar and the & Sea Vista Tiki Bar has a nice vibe with beach access. We wanted to try The Garlic but never made it. They don’t open until 4pm. Overall I would stay here again.

If you are looking for the Ritz, this is not the place. However, it worked perfectly fine for my husband and I. It was easy to get in and out of parking, was close to the beach, and was clean. I have one recommendation, though. I think it would have been nice to have the bedroom tv hung on the wall at the end of the bed, so that we wouldn’t have had to strain our necks to the right to watch it. Also, the mattress was fine for us, but if you want a firm mattress, I would suggest a different place. We would stay here again.

This was a great value for the location. My only complaint was sand all over the floor in the unit upon checkin. Walking barefoot you could feel it through the whole condo. That being said, I would still stay here again.

We loved the convenience of being right on the beach and having the 8' deep pool to jump in afterwards was great. We had a little mess up with the stated check in & out times (3PM & 11AM) on the Airbnb site not matching what the owner confirmed with us (4PM & 10AM) so the room was not ready when it was supposed to be but it was all good as we just went walking on the beach. And the cleaners were knocking on the door at the earlier check out time so we hurriedly finished getting our stuff together to leave.
Overall, the stay was nice. It is a "condo" so there are house rules to follow, one of which was you can't hang your wet clothes or towels over the exterior railings. Unfortunately, there was no place inside to hang them either. A simple PVC towel rack on the porch would be a great addition to solve this problem.
The place is well situated with many restaurant choices to choose from or grocery stores if you prefer to eat in. Parking is somewhat limited out front so you may have to park on the public beach access dirt road but it is literally right next to the facility, just not as secure.
We would stay at this place again and will recommend it to friends.

Just what we needed! It was cute, clean, and right by the beach!

Good location, good value.

Great apartment steps away from the beach. Nicely renovated and very well equiped (full kitchen, bathroom supplies, AC units). It is less than a 10 minutes drive from the Publix and Flagler Avenue shops and restaurants. There are also restaurant options at a walking distance and a convenience store just across the road. As shown in the photos, there is a staircase in front of the living room. It has not been an issue, not many people seemed to use it during our stay. Definitely recommend this apartment!

No ocean view that we thought we would have, but very convenient.

Great stay in a great location to the beach. Only like a 1 min walk to the beach. The pool there is very clean. The room was very spacious and the shower head was amazing lol. You'll see what I mean if you stay here. No complaints from me. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for visiting the beach and town! Quick drive to plenty of restaurants and shops. Izzy’s Tacos across the street is a must!
