Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
To receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, cancellations must be made at least 7 full days before check-in. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
If only 50% of the reservation balance has been paid at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued; however, the remaining unpaid balance will be waived and will not be charged.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or for any unused nights resulting from an early departure after check-in.

We had a wonderful month long stay in New Smyrna! The house is beautiful and clean, and well equipped with everything you would need. A previous review mentioned the beach access being closed, but it was open by the time we got there - just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach! Extremely private back yard with a great pool and safe neighborhood, we truly couldn’t ask for more.
House was lovely. Plenty of amenities. The only thing that surprised us was the closest access to the beach was closed. There is no 5 minute walk to beach. It is actually .5 miles away.
