Escape to this charming beachside studio at the Atlantic Sand Dollar Beach Club, perfectly situated directly across the street from the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Designed for a relaxing coastal getaway, this cozy retreat offers everything you need for the perfect New Smyrna Beach vacation.

Beautifully furnished and thoughtfully appointed, the enclosed sunroom features a cozy sofa and TV—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The sofa also converts into a sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests when needed.The main living space has been creatively divided with decorative partitions to provide added privacy for the full-size bed area, which also includes its own TV. Adjacent to the sleeping area is a small sitting nook designed for comfort and relaxation. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and a dining table that expands to seat up to four guests. The full bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower for added convenience. Just outside the condo, you’ll find a charming private patio area thoughtfully designed with comfortable seating—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening cocktail after a day in the sun.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the community common areas while respecting fellow guests and homeowners. An onsite laundry facility is available for a small fee; please contact us in advance if you would like to use it so we can coordinate access. Please note that only one parking space is provided per unit.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation for a full refund within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

To receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, cancellations must be made at least 7 full days before check-in. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

If only 50% of the reservation balance has been paid at the time of cancellation, no refund will be issued; however, the remaining unpaid balance will be waived and will not be charged.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or for any unused nights resulting from an early departure after check-in.
