Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Location was ideal, great place for sleeping/showering/cooking while not at the beach or out and about.
Loved the location, very walkable to intercoastal and the ocean, but the location itself was quiet and private. Really cute interior, and very responsive owner. Will be back
Booked for 1 month and didn’t want to leave, so booked the next month too. Wonderful place and location to stay in NSB. Very clean, very cute! We brought our boat and used the wet slip on property. We look forward to many more stays here - super convenient if you want your boat on property and enjoy local restaurants and shopping.
This was a great quiet place, 5 minutes from the beach which was clean. Well provisioned condo, perfect for us at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We had a very pleasing stay at the Dolphin Cove Cottage. The place was very comfortable and just what we needed for our stay. The cottage was easy to get to and an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and Orlando (the places we went to), and of course the beaches were fantastic in New Smyrna Beach. Thanks Ryan and Vanessa.
