Nice place really enjoyed looking out of the room and seeing the beach

Great little hidden gem for my boyfriend and I for a weekend get away

Worth the money. It’s not brand new. It’s probably been around since the 70’s. Not a lot of parking close to the place. Has new floors and water gets hot quickly. It is a pain to get to the room if your hands are full. Got to press a code to get through the lobby then you have to go through two pool gates that has to lift a lever to open. If you’re handicapped, hopefully you have a first floor room because there’s no elevator. You can tell the room gets damp, but they do their best to remedy it. There’s a dehumidifier and air freshener in the room. The bed is comfortable. I passed out rather quickly. It’s on the beach and thirty minutes from the speedway.

it was a nice stay I would say the parking was a pain because the lot was small and then there overfill lot is across the street and having to cross several times a day with a toddler was difficult. The airbnb was clean but not that clean I could tell they didn't clean under the matt in the shower because it had scum under it and the bed sheets had some long hairs on them. The location itself was great the pool was nice and the host was nice as well.

Great location and price. Had a little trouble when I first arrived with entry information in the email but host was very responsive when I reached out. I would definitely recommend this stay and am highly considering going back at some point if possible and available.

Great location

This was a great spot to stay for New Year's! While it definitely wasn't worth the price we paid, that's to be expected for the holiday. The hotel is quite dated and not the most luxurious, but for an affordable getaway, it worked well. It wasn’t the cleanest or the nicest, but it was perfectly fine for my needs.

Location, location, location! Building could use some updating and fixes but the actual room looked to be recently updated and was nice. Overall great experience.

Unit was large and clean, but showing it's age. Needed some kitchen towels.

Nice location, close to the beach. Nice places to eat nearby. Need a little more attention to detail cleaning. Dust hanging from ceiling fans but otherwise ok.

Great place to stay and the host was amazing. The hurricane has caused the beef for many repairs to the building, but the room was just as described.

For the price, the place was appropriate. We wanted ocean view and access to the beach (well, property on the beach) and it has all that! Smell of the salt air, the sound of the waves! Awesome thunderstorms-typical for FL!. It was clean and had the essentials. I’m not sure if other guests left kitchen items (like soda water or spices), but there were very few basics (we saw salt and pepper, a few coffee pods, oil spray. Popcorn, too!). For future guests, there are no beach towels, and I think someone left two red folding beach chairs which were useful for the beach. Instructions were clear. The garbage had to be carried to the street (basically) where the dumpster was. All linens and towels had to be consolidated onto the closet floor.

Place was nice and clean. Said there was a blow up mattress but we did not see one. The window unit in bedroom worked great, the unit in the living room never got cold. Luckily my son was out there and a little burnt and worn out from beach, he didn’t mind it being a little warmer. Walk down to the beach was easy. We got there later in afternoon and actually parked on the side where public can park so we didn’t have to figure out a new place the next morning to move our car since parking pass has to stay in room. We ended up not using the pool either.

The Airbnb at Costal Waters was in a very peaceful area. Not a lot of noise and traffic wasn’t bad. Being right on the water was the best. Pool area was nice, and clean. The place is great for a couple looking for rest and relaxing.

You can't beat this place for the value. Beach access and the view from the balcony made this place a must book. The place itself is nothing special but it has everything you would need for a relaxing stay

Perfectly lovely spot, especially for the price. The exterior building felt run down, but it didn’t impact the enjoyment of our stay. My only disappointment was that there were no screens in the windows. I like the fresh air and sound of the ocean. We opened the window and sliding door anyway without screens.

Not the most comfortable or aesthetically pleasing place that I’ve stayed, but everything was clean and we chose it for the view of the ocean and the pool.

Owner was very accommodating and gave the most helpful instructions. Location was perfect.

The place was incredible. Extremely clean and easy to check in and out. The host even let us check in early as we had a wedding to attend! 100% will be back.

Our stay was great and very appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and the amentities at the resort. Only issues we had were beachfront access however that was an issue caused by the hurricane. We still made the best of the issue and enjoyed the area around us. Would most likely stay again at another opportunity in the future.

Great place to stay!

The location of this ocean front property is perfect. Staff were cleaning the pool area and sweeping all of the outdoor walkways every day. We stay during the week, Monday through Thursday, so it was not too crowded and night time was quiet. The kitchenette is very dated. We enjoyed our time there.

Great little condo right on the beach, just walk outside and your right there. View wasn’t to die for but honestly we didnt care, worth it for this price range. This is the section where cars are allowed to park in the beach too just so you know. Room was clean and bigger than expected. Tv had lots of apps to watch and blankets for the couch if needed. Pool was nice and clean too. No complaints, would stay again!

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The location on the beach and easy access is very desirable. Our balcony had nice ocean views as well. The unit was spacious and allowed our grandchildren to spend some time with us. The AC ran nice and cold, the kitchenette was useful, and my wife loved the coffee maker. The pool was nice and clean.
Some small updates and touches would have been nice. One sofa cushion was split open at the back, the drapes also cover the main living AC vents. A little bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap would be useful as we all don't use body wash. The balcony looked like painted plywood and was covered with a fine layer of sand which tracked back into the bedroom, until I found the broom to sweep it off. A mat at the sliding door would be helpful to keep interior floors clean for those of use who like to go barefoot. We always found parking, but it is limited and made us a little anxious whenever we got back from dining. We had to get on our own Spectrum account to get broadcast TV, perhaps we missed that. So nothing major. We had a really good stay in New Smyrna Beach and all basic needs were met. Overall quite happy.

Steps away from the beach and a short walk to a great beach front restaurant. This was a great babymoon spot!

The condo was exactly as described and communication was very good. The host answered all questions in a timely manner.

Great location! Direct access to the beach, quick ride to Flagler Ave. and Canal St. Very clean and access to wifi and streaming platforms. Great complex with nice pool. Easy to get to and easy parking. Owners are responsive and courteous. Had an excellent experience. 10/10

Nice little condo

Very clean, spacious and quiet space. You will have an amazing view of sunrise and sunsets daily! The sound of the ocean while sitting on the patio is perfect!

The unit itself is located in a great location just steps from the beach. You can view the beach and sunrises (!) from the balcony off of the bedroom. The unit was up to date with modern LVT flooring and furniture and sparkling clean upon arrival. Very comfortable, quite, and a great value!

Great location, can see the sun rise from the second floor balcony. The decor was peaceful. There was a coffee maker, wine opener and ice maker for just what we needed for a weekend at the beach.
