Unterkunft und Schlafzimmer sind sehr sauber, bis auf die Matratze der ausziehbaren Couch die leider voller Flecken war. Wir haben dann einfach neue Bezüge bei Walmart gekauft. Es gibt sehr schöne und neue Poolmöbel. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war etwas laut. Vermieter war nach Problemen mit der Tür sofort erreichbar. Insgesamt eine klare Weiterempfehlung. Danke!

It’s right on the beach which is very nice and it seems like a safe neighborhood. It’s 6 minutes from Flagler avenue. However, the bed sheets for the king size bed and the pull out bed were stained and looked dirty. I had 3 guests and there was only 3 wash cloths provided. Also only one extra blanket. When I asked the host for more towels and blankets she said they won’t provide extra towels. They did give us clean sheets though. The couch bed is extremely uncomfortable so I wouldn’t recommend sleeping more than 2 people there.

Just wish you didn’t have to go through so many gates and by the pool to get to the room

My husband & I wanted a quick getaway to spend one full day on the beach. The room was fine but the building outside is old and not maintained at all. After spending all day on the beach and picking up groceries we went back to our room and were locked out. We contacted the host on the AirBNB message thread and no response. After waiting outside in 90 degrees for 1 1/2 hours with groceries and 7 messages sent we called Air BNB and they contacted the host. The hosts response was “Why am I just hearing about this now and why didn’t you say it was an emergency instead of I’m so sorry for this inconvenience and what can I do to make this right for you. It ends up they don’t get these messages on their phone and said we should’ve text them on the phone # in welcome book that was locked inside. After 2 hours we got back in our room. We use AirBNB all the time and we’ve never had a rude host like this before. We deserve some type of discount for this huge inconvenience and nothing offered.

Good location on the beach and nice pool area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo came with everything you needed to start off your vacation. The view from the balcony is absolutely wonderful to be able to just walk out your bedroom to see the waves and the beautiful beach was perfect. The unit was clean and well-maintained. Definitely would come back for another stay

It’s only one unit from the beach which is very nice but it’s on the second floor so carrying everything upstairs is fun in 100 degree weather

The stay was amazing , we had pretty much everything plus more! Beach access and pool access was extremely easy and had some nice little places to eat near by . Would definitely recommend and go back!! We had a great time!

Great apartment for the 2 of us, we liked the fact that vehicles could go on the beach as we have electric bikes.

This was a great place to stay right by the ocean. We liked that we had a view of the ocean from the balcony and that there was plenty of space in the condo.

I had a great stay here & I can’t wait to come back! The view is amazing and even better than I expected. The bed was super comfy and the place was clean. There were absolutely no issues with my stay which is why I will be coming back.

This was an overall great place to stay for the price and the location. We did have problems with the shower being slow to drain while we showered and the deadbolt got stuck a couple of times while trying to get out of the place. I would recommend bringing a sponge to wash dishes as there was not one in the place.

My sister and I stayed here for her birthday weekend l. Was perfect for the 2 of us. It was nice and clean and we felt safe. A few great restaurants in walking distance and on the beach access. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning watching the dolphins. The host was so kind and super responsive when we had a battery issue with the door lock. Perfect for a couple or low key girls trip!

My family of three really enjoyed this condo. The access to the beach was amazing. This part of the beach is a drive on beach. So be prepared for vehicles to be everywhere. I was unaware of this when I booked. However, it did not take away from the fun.

The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view from the bed is amazing. Be prepared to take extra towels/ wash clothes for your stay. There is a blow dryer and iron available. No ironing board. The air works great! The hospitality was great! I recommend this place for anyone.

Great little place for a weekend getaway! Steps from the beach and walking distance from some of the best foot my husband and I have had. My only complaint would be that the balcony door does not lock. It is on the 2nd floor but I watch a few to many crimes shows so...slightly paranoid about safety

This was a great weekend getaway, footsteps from the beach! We had everything we needed and it was quiet and comfortable!

Awesome stay!!!! The surroundings were fantastic, and the condo itself was great!!

Exactly as pictured. The complex is dated, but this condo is nicely renovated. The air conditioners worked well, there was a dehumidifier also running. I had difficulty with the keypad, it was beeping nonstop. But I called the host and they answered immediately. Can’t beat the location since you can watch the waves from bed.

This city is a hidden gem. The beach was pristine and quiet without many people. We had a wonderful time!

Great place right on the beach with a nice view

Absolutely beautiful place to stay at. Very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. Before staying we saw some reviews saying the bedroom got very hot but that was not the case at all. Bedroom had its own ac unit and fan which worked great. The east beach access pushed this condo over the top for us. I don’t think we could have booked a better place to stay!

Has a beautiful view of the Ocean, and nice, small balcony.

By the Sea made it easy for me and my best friend to have a fun weekend at the beach. Vanessa anticipated our needs and made sure we had everything necessary to enjoy our trip. Our place was as described and located just a few steps away from the beach. The community pool was also a great way to hang out and get some sun. Bonus: There was delicious ice cream directly across the street! I’m already making plans with my husband to stay here again!

Absolutely loved this place. So close to the beach, the food is amazing, anything you need is so close. It’s not next to any huge hotels so the beach isn’t so crowded. Huge plus

Great location! Beach view from the balcony. Decent pool and kiddy pool in courtyard area. Easy walk straight onto the beach from the property. Lots of towels and everything was clean.

Great space to be right on the beach. The unit is updated, clean and comfortable. It was nice to wake up to ocean views while being so close to resturants and the downtown area. We had a slight hiccup with check in but the host answered us within minutes and gave us all the information we needed.

Great place to stay. The check in process was easy as well as checkout. Great view of the ocean and beach from the balcony from the master bedroom. The place was clean and was just as the pictures described. The dehumidifier in the bedroom with the use of the ceiling fan made it super comfortable both day and night. The pool area was great and the use of the barbecue area made cooking a breeze. Would love to and will be staying here again.

The place was very clean and the location was amazing. The kitchen is very convenient for cooking a few meals there so you don’t have to eat out every night and there’s a Publix right down the road to shop for groceries. It is also fully functional with plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots/pans. I’ve seen a lot of reviews discussing the air conditioning issue in the bedroom. Yes, there is a significant temperature difference between the living area and bedroom, but, even in early June, it wasn’t that bad for me and my partner, and we both get warm very easily. Just make sure to lower the AC temp and keep the bedroom door open for airflow. Also, the curtains are heat-protectant, keep them closed when you can and it’ll keep the room from getting too hot. If you want a nice beach location with a clean and comfortable place to stay and relax, I recommend this Airbnb!!!

This location is AWESOME. We loved hearing the ocean while we were getting ready and being able to step right out the door and down the steps to the beach. The unit was neat and uncluttered with just the right amount of equipment for a great trip. The host was great and responded to our couple questions very quickly. I would note that the public parking is sand so be prepared for that when you arrive.

This rental is in a beautiful location. We went with our toddler daughter and it was perfect. There was a small kids cool, easy access to the beach, and 5 minutes down the beach there is a great playground. The bed was super comfortable, there were board games and all the essentials. The only thing to be aware of is the bedroom can get warm. There is a wall ac unit in the living room, but it doesn't really affect the bedroom. This wasn't too bad during our trip, since it was a little cold outside but over the summer months I would imagine it could get quite warm. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for it's great location and beautiful view. We could see dolphins from our balcony at sunrise which was beautiful.

Our 4 night stay was just what we needed to escape and relax. Room was just as pictured. Just enough room for my husband and i to enjoy and not feel crowded. Just steps away from the beach and a great view from the balcony. Theres alot of great restaurants close by and some within walking distance. Very easy check in/out process. As FL natives we always go to NSB for the beautiful more family friendly and relaxing beach atmosphere. D3's little condo offers the perfect budget friendly and comfortable beach getaway. We will be visiting again!
