Great stay!

Nous avons beaucoup utilisé la table extérieure pour manger sur le balcon. Cuisine bien équipée. Le garde robe d’une des chambres était un peu comme un débarras.. On n’a pas pu l’utiliser pour ranger des vêtements ou autres. C’est vraiment un super secteur et la plage est magnifique.

I would definitely stay again! Very clean and has a lot of supplies. Very peaceful condo and beach. Pool was amazing!

By the Sea was an amazing Host! This condo was clean and just as described! We stayed with 2 kiddos ages 4&5. They had a blast at the pool and on the beach! The beach was not crowded at all because the resort has a private access! The laundry room is located right outside the unit, which was super convenient! There were lots of beach/pool toys and chairs in one of the closets, so that was nice. There is a welcome book that gave lots of suggestions and the WiFi was reliable. We didn’t ever have to wait long for the elevator either! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We will definitely be back. ??

Our stay was great (other than the weather being colder than usual lol). The condo was clean and not cluttered & the condo was beautiful. By The Sea sent detailed instructions and had a book for details.

Nice cozy condo, close to beach and swimming pool. Clean well equipped, could use new beach accessories. Definately would come back!

3day trip with the family.. great space for 2 couples. Very comfy and clean ..good view. Easy to get to everything. Loved the pool! Hope to come back in near future!!!! Love the area!!!

The location of this quiet condo community was exactly what I wanted. The balcony view was fantastic. Considering that renovations are still being done to repair hurricane damage, I was impressed with the functionality. The pool was great and the ocean access stairs were open during our stay. Being able to relax on the spacious beach was my favorite part.

Perfect place for our family to stay for spring break! Condo was clean, beds comfortable and great amenities. 3 miles to Flagler Ave! Vanessa communicated very quickly with us. We hope to go back soon.

Our stay was good. The kitchen is well-stocked, the beds are comfortable, the towels are nice, the bathrooms are clean, the location is great. The internet wasn’t working when we were there but it appeared to be a short-term issue and they were communicative about it.

Vanessa was awesome to work with. We had a problem with our other booking on our trip to FL and she was able to get us booked and checked in within an hour. This saved a disaster of a trip and we greatly appreciate it!

Very convenient to everything we wanted to do including great food, easy beach access, nice and laid back area, great for the younglings, enjoyed our selves so much we didn't want to leave. We will be back again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for the race in Daytona, so it was a great driving distance to the track. We could not get over how clean the condo was and how beautiful the property was. It was quiet, had beautiful landscaping, great beach access. The pool on the property was one of the cleanest, most well maintained pools I have ever seen in a condo/hotel. The owner’s communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back ourselves one day!

This was a great stay, with a calm private pool and beach access. Location is only about 2 miles down from the main strip, but we didn’t face any issues getting there. I would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice and my family and I highly enjoyed it. The community was very nice and well kept. The only thing was that the sofa was not great for sleeping so I was glad I brought an air mattress.

Nice place, kept up well

Great stay in a quiet community. 25 minute drive to Daytona Speedway. Condo is as advertised, plus some. Small problem with one of the shower drains, but the owner was very attentive and corrected problem in a timely manner. Would book again if in the area!

I reserved a trip for my husband and some friends to attend a festival, they described the location as great. They had an issue with a chair and I was told the communication with the person in charge was good also. Thank you.
