When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave. Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.
PLEASE NOTE:
: The condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel for a full refund only during the 48 hours after booking, and only if guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before check in, otherwise no refund. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Amazing views. You won’t find a place that is closer to the beach. Very clean and comfortable. This was a great place to spend a few days relaxing on the beach.
This place is beautifully decorated. The third floor view is perfect. The screen door to the ocean view needs to be cleaned and repaired. The code into the lobby was incorrect and that made it difficult to get into our apt.. We cleaned the kitchen and bathroom and wiped out the fridge due to odor. The bed was very comfortable. Location of extra towels were confusing. Screen door is missing in the bedroom. Overall, the ocean view is gorgeous.
We had a LOVELY stay and can't wait to return! Personally, when I envision a beach experience, this is it. The unit is beautifully remodeled, and decorated with great style! The balcony and ocean views can't be beat. We felt welcomed and at home instantly. Responsive and caring host. "Good vibes and high tides" is spot on!! ? Never been to New Smyrna and truly enjoyed it!

Beautiful oceanfront property with lots of amenities. Easily accessible. No elevator, so must be able to climb stairs if not on ground floor. Quiet and peaceful stay. Easily walkable to different restaurants and shopping. Would stay again if in the area.
The long private balcony and the view of the beach right from bed to catch sunrises was one of my favorite things. Even when the beach was the busiest… it felt relaxing and peaceful anywhere there! Cozy and accommodating!
The Balcony and location of this unit is indescribable. The small condo complex is older, with fewer guests and very private feel; unit 309 has great upgrades and amenities. We wanted for nothing. I just can’t describe the beauty of lying in bed with ocean view and breeze. Be sure to look around property and find the roof sunset deck. Property is very secure. Nicest thing about this condo is the professional decor and relaxing vibes of the place. Beach cruise or Uber to lots of great food and activities. The Spott restaurant was the highlight of all eats and the best cuisine thanks to Bonnie, Brandon, Nate and Chef Lee! We love ♥️ this property. I’m hesitant to share how wonderful our stay in fear of limiting booking in the future. We cannot wait to stay here again, this is a true hidden gem!!!!
My family and I were in town for Easter weekend visiting family and this was certainly a hidden gem! We had a phenomenal view of the beach, it was quiet and relaxing (: We felt at home immediately and enjoyed our stay so much, we didn’t want to leave!! Great host and we will definitely be returning in the future!

What an amazing, peaceful, and all around wonderful experience. Everything was exactly as described. We even saw dolphins from the incredible balcony overlooking the beach! The condo was clean and everything was in good, clean condition. The bed was comfy. The hosts were super responsive and we had a great experience. We will be back for sure.
I enjoyed my stay except it was hard to locate the condo in the back of the building. Instructions should have stated that you need to walk through the pool area which is open. It looked like it was locked so it was confusing to know how to get to the back of the building. Also, I had problems with the keypad the whole time I stayed there. It would lock correctly (once I was given the correct instructions) however opening it was always a challenge. If it did open it took at least 3 times. I called and the code was changed several times. The last code did work but ended up taking several tries towards the end. There is definitely
something wrong with it. Very frustrating wondering if I was going to get in and several times I just left it unlocked because I did not want to deal with it.
Right on the ocean. very clean. A ton of windows. The host was very helpful and responsive. Great value. I would recommend staying here to my family and friends and I will book here again!
This is a perfect location to enjoy a beach vacation! There is very easy access to the beach and you are able to drive on this section of the beach! We rented a golf cart for one of the days and drove to the dunes and then down flagler ave to the property. It was super fun! The condo is small for 4 people, but we knew it would be tight and spend most of our time outside and on some small getaways so it was not a big deal. Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach are only an hour away and worth the trip! We really enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the host. Onsite laundry is a huge perk!
