It was clean and small as expected. Just what we needed for a stopover in a beach location.

Enjoyed the stay

Amazing condo! The listing is accurate- this is a STUDIO. The pictures make it look larger than it is, but it is still decently sized, and very cozy. The toilet is a little sensitive, so be mindful. A little bit of damage can be seen on the floorboards and doors, but that is to be expected with a beachside condo. Lovely location with beach access. 5 minute drive from Flagler Avenue, and walking distance from a 7-11.

The place was very cramped. From the start we had problems with the locks. The codes provided at first were not correct. Our key pad was malfunctioning/dying and beeped every minute. I messaged the host via the app and received no response, my boyfriend called with no answer, they responded to only a text that said “take the batteries out”. There were no cups/cutlery. Our toilet ran constantly. The positive of this property is the location. We were right on the beach, which was wonderful. The room and pool area were clean.

The place was smaller than I realized (my fault for not realizing). There was some hair in the bed and bathroom. The keypad for the door did not work properly, and the “backup” key box the host told us to use was missing. Overall the inside was cute, but the baseboards need a good cleaning. Sand toys were covered in sand in closet. The exterior of the building was pretty poorly maintained. The beach access was blocked off by the city doing work. HOWEVER, the very low price reflects what you get (I was just overly optimistic) and the host didn’t hesitate to give a full refund so we could stay somewhere else, which I’m very thankful for!

The studio was as described. Efficient but all we needed for a long weekend. Parking was an issue even with additional parking across the street. There were A LOT of people without passes in their windows which took spots away from those staying there, one night we had to park in the grass and hope the car was still there in the morning. We reached out for suggestions from the host but never heard back the entire stay. There were 5 guests in the complex who were running into the same issue when we stood out in the parking lot debating what to do. One other family has their host offer to pay for the $20 spots next to the complex. Otherwise, great area to stay. Pool is literally right out of the door and the beach is a stones throw off the back. Easy access to restaurants.

The place was extremely small and the bathroom was cramped. It was however clean.

It was a fair deal but there wasn’t any soap though they said there was. The refrigerator was rusty on the top and freezer was frozen over with ice. The shower wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The neighbors with children were noisy. There were plates which we didn’t use but not one cup or glass. The toilet didn’t flush properly and ran a lot. Would not visit again.

The place was easy to find, good space for our size family, beautiful beach views.

Stayed here while cycling from New Smyrna Beach to St Petersburg. It was very close to the start of the trail and provided a beautiful view of the moonlit ocean in the evening.
