By the sea was exactly like the pictures. It is located in walking distance of the public beach. My husband and I stayed for the week with our 1 year old while hubby was here for business. I felt safe and loved sitting in the deck looking at the water. The building is quiet and away from hustle and bustle.

Excellent location and beautiful condo, we were very pleased with everything! The hosts were easy to get ahold of and very accommodating, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. It was simply beautiful being able to hear the Atlantic waves crashing nearby. The extra amenities like beach toys, fishing gear, beach chairs, and balls etc. were incredibly convenient. Definitely great value for the price. The mattresses were a bit softer than what we're used to, but overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Lovely condo exactly as described. Lots of little touches meant we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. Everything was clean, tidy and well kept. Plenty of amenities, from the well stocked kitchen to the variety of beach gear!
The pool area is great and wasn’t busy at all. Lots of loungers available.
Very close to the beach and within walking distance of JB’s Fish camp for great food and cocktails.
Quiet but only a few miles down the road to Flagler Avenue for shops and restaurants.
Brilliant hosts - would definitely recommend and hope to return! x

Gorgeous apartment with a swimming pool off the beach.
Lots of beach chairs, body board, beach stuff etc for the kids and towels...lots of lovely added extras.

Love Bethune Beach area. Quiet area. Nice beach & Bethune Park across street. Great place to see & hear the ocean. Pool available if the ocean is not for you.

This was a lovely little place that offered us a much-needed break at the beach. For us, seeing and hearing the waves is a major part of the reason we go to the beach, so while it's not directly on the beach, it's steps away, and we could see the water from the east facing rooms, and hear it out on the porch. Having meals on the porch in the two directors chairs was perfect, and the living room and dining room are filled with light and cheer. All the photos they've posted are accurate; there is a house that blocks a direct beach view, but one can still take in excellent views around it.

There was a little lag in communication, but nothing bad, and the hosts were nice. We weren't able to enjoy the pool because our trip was just after Hurricane Ian and the pool was filled with debris, sand, and ocean water, and the pump was broken. We sleep on a very firm mattress, and the mattress at the AirBnb is very soft, like sleeping on marshmallows, so if you're a soft mattress fan, this place is a dream! If you're like us, you may be a bit sore in the a.m.

Just adjacent to the place is Mary McLeod Bethune Park, which is the place to watch the sunset! Go all the way to the boardwalk on the river and you'll be delighted. The on-site maintenance man was friendly, attentive, and informative, and a worked hard every day to make the landscape nice again after all the hurricane damage to the vegetation. We saw a big difference each day we were there. We also saw rabbits! (Beach Bunnies of a different sort, he he) I recommend this place if you're in need of a fully-stocked home away from home that includes some soul-healing beach time!

Everything one would want for a beach front escape for the weekend! Will certainly recommend to friends and hope to stay there again.

Very loved it. convenient access to the beach, nice pool, and they provided all the beach amenities we’d forgotten. We’ve recommended the place to our family and friends for a great place to stay in NSB.
