Beautiful and spacious apartment overlooking the estuary. Clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

The place was clean, beautiful and spacious. The views from the porch were amazing! Loved that there was a wagon and beach stuff! The walk to the beach was easy! I would def stay again!

READ WHOLE THING! My crew and I had to check in at midnight due to flight delays. The electronic lock on the door was dead, there was no alternative way to get into the apartment. Due to it being midnight, our host was asleep. We were unable to get inside. I had to call Airbnb to put us up in a hotel for the night. The very next morning our host reached out to us and went out to fix the problem. They refunded us for the night that we were unable to get into the apartment. It was unfortunate that the lock was dead, but I feel that the host did what they could to help us. The place is absolutely gorgeous lots of space, and beautiful area. Ocean is right across the street! We didn’t use any amenities like the pool hot tub or workout room bc we were unable to locate them.

Flawless experience. Beautiful place, lots to do at the condo complex, easy beach access. It was just what we were looking for. Hostess friendly, and easy to get in touch with.

Oceanwalk is lovely, very private and quiet. We visited at end of October most likely before the snow birds arrive. The beach was a short walk across the street and it was beautiful and very clean. The condo was clean and very spacious perfect for a family. I fully enjoyed the large master bedroom and bath. The little veranda off the bedroom had gorgeous views of the estuary. We took several walks through the estuary on the wooden walk bridge, I definitely recommend it. We visited both pools and both were very nice and clean. We would stay again. You do need a rental car unless you plan to Uber to restaurants, nothing in walking distance. The only trouble we had is when we first entered the signs that pointed to the road to Building 10 was closed and taped off so we didn't know which way to go. We chose left and drove all the way down had to turn around and drive back to take the road on the right that led to our building. This place is huge with many buildings.

Beautiful Condo a few minutes from the beach. Two beautiful balconies! Sweet and responsive host. I loved everything about it. Except for the pool, when me and my family got there the second we did we got stared down the whole time we were there and handed a list of rules before we even took our shoes off for the pool. We later tried to give it one more shot and they did it again. We would stay here again but not go to the pool.

We loved it here!! We've been to condos in other buildings in the same condominium complex before, and this was my favorite. I loved the location and the beautiful nature area behind it. It was so peaceful to sit on the balconies. Everything in the condo was clean and we had everything we needed. The host answered all our questions quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The beach was within easy access, less than a 5 minute walk. The community offered great amenities and the view from the balcony was very peaceful.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place is huge and very clean and lots of little things that make It a great place to stay!

Host was very helpful and responsive. Pictures of swimming pool and fitness center looked much larger than what they actually were

Very spacious. Both balconies are amazing - peaceful with a nice breeze. Not on the beach but the walk is short. Lots of towels and linens. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, etc. Very pleased with beautiful end unit on the 5th floor.

It is a bit of a drive to Flagler, but it is a beautiful one. The place was beautiful, and well furnished. I felt it actually looked better in person than in the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked, the closets are full of linens, beach accessories, and pillows for every kind of sleeper. They didn’t ask anything of us that was unreasonable, we didn’t make it to the pool, but everything was clean, and secure. The views were great, there was a storm while we were there so the wind was a bit unnerving, but it was everything we needed and then some. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious and peaceful. A little bit of a walk to the beach and pools, but the estuary views are worth it. Highly recommend.

The condo had everything we needed for a nice stay. We enjoyed the quiet location, back from the main street a ways, and the view over the mangroves.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable!! Everything was spotless and as described. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would be thrilled to stay here again in the future. The beach was just a short walk away. We also loved the pools at the complex.

Very clean, neat, comfortable and spacious condo unit.
My only regret is that I was not able to enjoy it more during our stay in New Smyrna Beach……but since we went for a family reunion, only used it to sleep.

We came in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian for a wedding. The host was super helpful in checking on the unit for us prior to arrival to make sure everything was still good for our stay and she stayed in great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing condo , not Dog friendly. The condo is fantastic, but is a clean carpet and all dogs will mark their territory, we are glad that at the end we didn’t include our pets on this trip. The view is fantastic we event had the opportunity to see a Nigth Space X launch. Fantastic! short walk to the beach. They have all you need to have a good day at the beach just bring an umbrella. Please read all the house rules and description. There is a extra fee for early check in and check out. Pets are $150 each per stay, and not all bread are allow. Is really easy to miss this info during the booking. After passing all the last minute miscommunications we had a fantastic time. And will recommend this condo.

Great location, beautiful apartment with beautiful view

Condo is very roomy/spacious. Perfect size for a family of 6! As soon as we walked in we noticed quite a few stains on the carpet /linens and sofa. but you can tell they have been cleaned over. So not technically dirty, just stained. Wasn’t an issue for us at all. The recliner didn’t work. I only mentioned these to the host so they would know. All kitchen tools/appliances were provided. Although we used mostly paper plates and towels . There were tons of dishes there. 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 rolls of paper towels. Lots of towels and spare sheets! Tons of cleaning supplies! not too far of a walk to the beach at all. THE MASTER BEDROOM BALCONY VIEW IS AMAZING AND SOOO PEACEFUL! We usually stay on the beach and have ocean views but the sanctuary view was better honestly. Although if you are going to sit out there, bring your bug repellant! We bought our own beach chairs just in case, but they did have 2-3 in their closets and a beach cart. Both of the pools were very clean and well taken care of. Was a pretty good stay !

Great property all around. Extremely spacious! Amazing view from the deck to the estuary. Lots of birds to watch. The sunrise & storms were something to see coming from the wild preserve areas. I've never seen so many Peleated Woodpeckers in my life! The pools are a few buildings away from this condo so we didn't bother going. The Apollo Park entrance is just down the road where we enjoyed lots of shell hunting & limited people on the beaches. Hiking trails, & tourist center are easily found. If you want kayak, paddleboard, boat tours, they can all be arranged ahead of time with various companies. Annual pass is paid for after 2 days. Totally worth the cost especially if your sharing the property with friends. We were alone this short vacation from our Groundhog Day Life.

We absolutely loved our stay at By The Sea! Plenty of space for all 6 of us. The walk to the beach is super easy. A great bonus is the view we had during a Space Ex rocket launch. We definitely will keep this one in mind for any future visits to this part of Florida!

Fabulous! The home is beautiful and immaculate. The beds comfortable with high quality linens. The kitchen well stocked which made cooking so easy! The location is wonderful- close to anything one can need and still only quick walk to the beach. The pictures are just a hint of how spectacular the view is from the back porch. The owner has thought of everything. Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!

Great place!

The view was unique and not the typical beach front view. The complex was clean and there were lots of amenities in the unit like beach chairs, plenty of towels, cooking wear and more. The common outdoor space was very nice and enclosed to prevent pest, but was difficult to open because of the salt water air wear and tear. Very well kept and would stay again in the future!
