The condo was fantastic I highly recommend it!! Everything was nice and clean inside and I really felt like being at home every time I walked into the place. The place is definitely worth every penny that was spent on the rental.

The condo itself was really nice and comfortable! However, it was a bit of a walk to the beach with young children. Also, the management that works for the condo isn’t the best.. they have someone checking for pool passes every single day even when you clearly saw and spoke to them the day prior they will still have you pull out the pass. I was also given an aggressive notice on my car windshield about not parking in the deck without a parking permit because apparently all I was given was a parking pass even though there was plenty of open spaces. It doesn’t seem like the people who reside permanently at the condos like having tourists there.

This condo was excellent, clean and had lots of extras which made traveling with kids a great bonus. The property had 2 pools and both were a great size. Check-in was easy, the only process that could use improvement would be communication by the host to renters involving parking passes and pool pass location in the condo. The property does have an onsite pool and parking spot security guard which is checked frequently (we also appreciated this) however, I knew we needed a parking pass based off of previous reviews but ours was not visible in the unit upon our arrival. I also did not know a pool pass was needed to access either pool, luckily the security guard was nice and described to us what the pass looked like. The pool pass for our unit the words were worn off of it. Other than that, great place to stay with a lot of extras for families, and very responsive host. We would definitely stay here again?

Great stay! Everything we needed for a beach stay with kids. Clear instructions and great amenities. Really enjoyed our time there.

We love staying at oceanwalk and had an amazing experience at the last airbnb we stayed at last year. This airbnb doesnt leave any condiments like the last one or anything extra, toilet paper, paper towels. There was trash left behind beds and couches from prior residents. The pull out coach was broken and my oldest children were uncomfortable. When the power went out for a day 1/2 and I explained this because of groceries the person responding said “ I am aware” instead of being compassionate of us losing groceries. I know the power outage is not in their control, but some compassion goes a long way. Overall we still love oceanwalk and definitely recommended.

The condo is easily accessible, in a quiet area, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are two pools on site to choose from (remember to bring the pool pass!) and lots of beach towels and accessories. This area of the beach isn’t crowded and it’s extremely clean.

Inside, the condo was as pictured and very spacious. Modern and clean. Many extras, including a coffee bar, with everything you could possibly need! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our group.

You’re a less than 10 minute drive to the downtown area, lots of restaurants close by, and about 1hr and 15min drive from Orlando airport. Overall, a beautiful and clean property and had everything we needed!

Freat condo. Terrific host. Only issue was on our 3rd night, we were woken up at 4am by an excruciating loud noise coming from the mrchanical room. Lasted for 3 hours before shutting off. Sould reach the host at this hour. Had to get local police involved to contact propery management jnvolved. Ended up decided to vacate and return home. Waiting on a oromised refund from airb&b.

Excellent accommodations! Easy walking distance to the beach and all the comforts of home!

We absolutely loved the condo. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and we loved that they had a fully-stocked coffee bar. They had everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach. There was an abundance of beach towels and chairs and we really appreciated the carts to bring everything to the beach. The property was very well taken care of. We really enjoyed the nature walk path. We will definitely be going back!

Second time staying here. Clean, has everything you need! Even had the refillable k-cups, so actually didn’t need to bring our own! Crock pot was great for St. Paddy’s day!!

Great place, very much feels like home

Cozy stay! This place fit our needs and we were surprised by how much extra space we had. Everything in the home was well maintained and we felt comfortable during our visit. Close proximity to restaurants and other attractions which was also great.

This place was AMAZING! Spacious 2bedroom/2ba with beautiful screened in balcony that overlooked the pond with fountain.

This is in a gated condo community within 5 minutes of a paved walkway to the beach. The community had multiple pools available that were very nice. The neighbors were friendly and everything was clean and well manicured.

The condo was spotless and beautifully updated and decorated. It was stocked with every thing you could possibly need for a beach trip. Extra everything (towels, wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, coolers, beach blankets, linens, pillows, to go containers, spices, zip lock bags, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils, TV’s in every room and the balcony, a lovey jet tub).

I would absolutely recommend this over and over again.

The town itself is very quiet and laid back. Publix was 8 min away. Many restaurants were drivable. Not much walkable.

Nonetheless, it was absolutely perfect. Hope to come back again!

The stay was great. Our visit was special and fulfilled the need of the purpose of our travel.

The beach was a short walk across the street and there is no driving on the beach in the area which we like. It was close to everything and where we wanted to kayak. There was plenty of clean towels and linens.

My family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Very clean and had all the amenities that you would have at home. Simple walk to the beach and great views. Close to all the restaurants and national parks. We will be back!

Amazing! It has everything we needed and then some! 4 min from the beach! Beautiful inside! Quiet. it was great! It was our best stay by far!!!!!! If you want quiet, cozy and close to the beach, this place is for you!

was a beautiful house exactly as described. the only issue we had was we didn't know we couldn't park in the garage we got a violation and told our truck would be towed. I sent a message to the host and they responded very quickly. We would definitely stay again if we was in the area.

Cozy new favorite vacation spot.

We loved the space. It was beautifully decorated! They also had so many things on hand for the beach to use- it was amazing!!

By the Sea perfectly suited our small family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you'd need to cook, which we did every morning. We also packed the coolers in the locker for lunch on the beach each day. One thing I found particularly awesome about this place was how many baby amenities there were! If you're traveling with an infant, you really don't need to bring a pack-in-play, travel high chair, bleach play-yard - it's all there, including the linens! Even the kitchen had toddler forks/spoons, a toddler plate, etc. We realized we could have come with a lot less! Beyond that, we loved how bright the place was and very tastefully decorated (coastal, not kitsch). One thing to keep in mind is that you'll have to pack up the car to find a public beach entrance (vs. just walking across the street), but if that doesn't bother you, this place is great. I've been going to NSB for nearly 25 years so it's a home away from home! Overall, I would definitely recommend this rental.

The space was clean and updated. I found the bed to be hard and ended up sleeping on the couch. Other than that it was great!

Ocean walk condominiums is a great family spot, very safe to walk around the complex and we'll maintained. Beaches are clean and not crowded. Actual condos are spacious and this one was well appointed. Will be back.

Beautiful condo stocked with everything you could need! So great for families with small kids, it had multiple pack n plays, beach toys, a stool for the bathroom, a booster chair and more. It far exceeded our expectations on that front. The place is spacious and beautifully decorated, and the outdoor patio was a great feature. The complex where the condo is located was very nice and well maintained with two big pools and other amenities. It also had a storage locker with beach essentials like a wagon, lawn chairs and a cooler which were great for heading to the beach located across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully appointed condo. Great location in the complex. Some may like being closer to main road but we liked the quiet and the lanai overlooking pond as opposed to road, another building or marsh. It is an easy 5 minute walk to beach. Beach items in storage closet also a definite plus!!
Some technical issues with fans and tv on lanai but didn’t end up effecting our stay. Hopefully those issues will be addressed for future guests.

Absolutely loved this airbnb! The condo itself was clean and came full equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was amazing and very helpful. Every question we had was answered politely as well as professionally. We 100% plan on coming back here!

This spot was perfect! Walkable to a private beach, which is beautiful and perfect for a relaxing weekend. This place is about a 10 minute drive to restaurants and downtown Flagler Ave., which was perfect. We actually preferred being in a more quite area. The condo was extremely clean, and a great price for all the amenities. I would love to stay again if I am ever back in the area!

What a beautiful place. Very spacious. And very well stocked with everything you could imagine needing. Truly a home away from home. Location is wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful. Pool areas are nice. Excellent communication as well.

The host does a fine job. This condo is clean and well appointed. I am not a huge fan of the complex this condo is part of. The walk to the beach is not that far - 5 minutes, but the reality is when you are at this condo, you get no sense you are anywhere near the beach. Bring a beach cart because you will have lots of stuff to lug across the street - chairs, umbrellas and so forth. Also there is a luggage cart in the private parking garage on the first floor. You are going to want to use that or you are carrying all of your stuff up a flight stars to the 2nd floor to get to the elevators. Lastly I was shocked by the fees - almost $340 - this turned my $300 trip into a $600 trip. As a single person staying for 2 nights there is no way to justify this amount. Stretched out over 7 days and it might seem more acceptable. Overall I have to say that this does represent good value because you are close to the beach, in a newer condo, and it cost a sixth of what I spend across the street when I stay with my family.

Condo was better than our family of four expected. It's well situated and well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Super clean. Beds are comfortable. Condo is modern and complex amenities are a plus. Walk to the beach is about 5 minutes. Communication and check in/out is a breeze. We'll definitely consider returning here.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean, with amazing views of the ocean and water way. UT had all the amenities we needed for our daily beach trips. made our vacation priceless! great host too!! well worth it!

This condo is the best we’ve found. Super clean and had beautiful, modern decor, furniture, and appliances. We were also surprised at how spacious it is. Check-in was super easy. Convenient access to the beach.

My husband and I both loved every minute of our stay. The condo is beautiful. So tastefully appointed and so well maintained. Everything we needed was there, and everything worked. Being somewhat of a clean-freak, I was most impressed with the cleanliness, though. Everything was spotless. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The actual unit was very nice. It was clean and they supplied all of the amenities listed….like kitchen necessities and beach towels etc. The walk to the beach was nice, not too far. I wish we had a beach wagon because we have 4 kids (there may have been one in the supply closet, I didn’t check!) I had a few questions along the way and the host got right back to me. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo was just as expected! Our family had a great time! Lil restaurant down the road-Izzy's Island- has great Cuban food! JBs fish camp food was amazing & right on the lake with live bands!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this is the most impressed I’ve been with the cleanliness and organization of a place. The already cute condo was thoughtfully decorated and was well stocked with cooking supplies, coffee, and linens.

There were no toiletries though, so bring your own if you want them.

I’m at a different Airbnb now, and I miss the perfection of this place in Oceanwalk already! Thank you to D3 By The Sea for being great hosts.
