Seafire 5B – 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront paradise

D3 By The Sea's listing was exactly what my family and i were looking for our Christmas stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at D3 by the Sea in New Smyrna Beach! This condo was fantastic – spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing beach getaway. The ocean views from the balcony were breathtaking, and being just steps away from the white sandy beach made it so convenient for morning walks and sunset watching. The location is ideal, close to great restaurants and shops, but still peaceful and away from the crowds. The property management was top-notch, with quick responses to any questions we had. We can't wait to come back – highly recommend for anyone looking for a slice of paradise!

Beautiful view, well stocked, and very clean!

This place was perfect for my two friends and I! The decor is so cute and the patio was our favorite place to relax and enjoy the ocean. Having beach chairs and a tent available onsite was a huge help too. We would love to come back!!

Great place on the beach

Great location-right on the beach! The pool was quiet and peaceful. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Although I was comfortable with the beds firmness, my friends thought the beds were too hard. My only issue was that the host did not respond to two of my messages I asked prior to my trip starting. But it was no big deal, we still enjoyed our stay.

We had such a great time at this location! It was super easy to get to and to get into, although it was very safe and had more than one level of security.
The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very “beachy” but soft, comfortable, and classy. The L shaped balcony that looked directly out to the ocean was our favorite place to hang out. It was large and comfortable. The furniture inside was comfortable and the appliances and fixtures were very nice. You could hear the sound of the ocean from every room.
The pool was large, deep, and overlooked the ocean.
We loved our time here and will definitely book again!

This location was even better than the photos depicted! We already loved what we say online then when we got there it blew us away. Larges bedrooms, huge living room and amazing wrap around balcony. The host was super responsive and make sure we were taken care of. We know where we will stay when we come back!

Well stocked with everything needed. From beach towels and chairs. Comfortable beds and linen. Nicely furnished. A home away from home beach ambiance!

Comfortable, large, two bedroom apartment on the fifth floor just in the beach. In January it was especially nice - stormy, windy, no people around. Good place for meditation if you like to watch the waves, sea birds, fool moon and sunrises. No high building nearby. Recommended.

Die Wohnung liegt super schön direkt am Strand gelegen. Der Blick am Morgen ist wunderbar!! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und für eine vierköpfige Familie auch bei eigenem Kochen völlig ausreichend. Alle Geräte sind neuwertig und funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Zutritt zur Wohnung ist einfach über Code-Schlösser. Leider funktioniert derzeit der Aufzug nicht ... was beim 5. Stockwerk ein Problem sein könnte.
Aber die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir würden sie wieder buchen!

Good location for the beach but there is not much to do in the surrounding area. The condo has an excellent layout and is right on the beach. When we stayed, the elevator was out of order however the owner was very responsive. Overall, a good choice for staying at the beach.

This beautiful condo is in a small, 16 unit building directly on the beach/ocean. It is super quiet and very conducive to relaxing and enjoying some quiet time during a vacation. The neighbors we ran into were super welcoming and friendly. The apartment should be updated and decluttered some, but it was quite clean. It had a musty smell on entry(somewhat expected at the beach), but the smell subsides once you open the windows/doors. There were a couple of maintenance issues with the blinds in front and the security lock on the entry door, but nothing that would impact the stay. While the condo was well equipped, a guide book would have been super helpful. I had to reach out to the hosts for WiFi password and instructions. We are already very familiar with the area, but certainly would have appreciated some suggestions from the host on how to spend our time. All in all it was a good stay and I would recommend this unit highly.

Listing as described, the condo was very nice. The only thing is the listing did not mention the pool construction and it was loud. We were not planning to use the pool but that might be a problem for other guest.

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful condo. The furnishings are great quality, including the mattress, sheets, and towels. I am very finicky with cleanliness, and this place was spotless! The view from the balcony is so lovely. Wish I could have spent more time there, and will definitely be renting this spot again if I find myself back in the area!
